For Clients who do not desire a Home Inspection, we offer a Walk-N-Talk.
Scope - We do a walkthrough of the home together with you and we verbally identify any material defects that we may observe. During the Walk-N-Talk, we answer any questions you may have to the best of our ability and based on our experience. In our opinion, the Walk-N-Talk this would be easiest to accomplish and most beneficial to you to occur during your second showing (before you make an offer). For most homes this takes about an hour. No report is issued. The Walk-N-Talk is not a substitute for a Home Inspection, but it may provide you with valuable information to consider when formulating your offer.
